Since our services and products are digital, refund requests are carefully reviewed to maintain fairness and transparency.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

 

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.

  • Service not delivered due to technical failure.

  • Critical technical issue from our end preventing you from accessing your purchased design or invitation.

To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide proof of payment (such as transaction ID or receipt).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Successfully delivered or completed digital invitations.

  • Change of mind or design preference after project completion.

  • Incorrect content, spelling, or information provided by the client.

  • Delay caused by lack of client response or approval.

All digital deliveries are considered final and non-returnable once completed.

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a written request through our contact form.

  2. Include your name, order details, payment method, and reason for the refund.

  3. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
