Critical technical issue from our end preventing you from accessing your purchased design or invitation.
To qualify for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of your purchase and provide proof of payment (such as transaction ID or receipt).

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted for:

Successfully delivered or completed digital invitations.

Change of mind or design preference after project completion.

Incorrect content, spelling, or information provided by the client.

Delay caused by lack of client response or approval.
All digital deliveries are considered final and non-returnable once completed.
